Mindful in the Midst offers stress management
through mindfulness meditation training
Mindfulness in the Midst was founded by
Nicholas Kranz,a certified Shambhala International
trained meditation instructor. Nicholas has been
practicing and studying meditation for eleven years,
and teaching meditation for five years in a variety
of settings from universities to hospitals.
