
Mindful in the Midst Introductory Classes
There are five components to the Mindful in the Midst training:
1. Discovering Mindfulness – understanding mindfulness, how it works and discovering mindfulness within your self
2. Overcoming Obstacles to mindfulness –investigating the obstacles to mindfulness and learning antidotes to them
3. Communicating Mindfully- bringing mindfulness to listening and speaking
4. Working with Emotions - learning how mindfulness can render strong emotions more workable
5. Mindful in the Midst – enhancing mindfulness in our everyday life

Mindfulness in the Midst training can be accomplished in a variety of ways, in a range of settings to meet the needs of every client.
